Responsibilities:
- Configure and develop a geographically distributed telephony system (Avaya Aura), ensuring its uninterrupted operation 24/7;
- Conduct audits, optimization, and modernization of the system to increase fault tolerance and prevent failures;
- Promptly resolve abnormal situations;
- Develop regulations, instructions, and algorithms, as well as set up a monitoring system for complete control over the infrastructure!
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Higher technical education;
- Experience in designing and/or commissioning Avaya telephony and VCS systems;
- Experience in localizing and resolving network issues;
- Advanced knowledge in administering OS Win10, Linux (remote OS interaction, log reading, architecture understanding, etc.);
- Advanced knowledge of VoIP technologies (SIP telephony, media gateways, VCS, video codecs, etc.)!
