The "Vector for the Future" Foundation is recruiting Mentors to work with teenagers in Moscow.

Today, it is especially important not to leave children alone with the challenges of the modern world. Teenagers in difficult life situations often face a lack of support, loss of direction, and a deficit of trusting communication. That is precisely why the foundation is developing a mentorship program — a system where an adult appears alongside a teenager, ready to listen, support, and help them move forward.

We invite caring, responsible, and mature individuals who are ready to become significant adults in a teenager's life.

This can include:

• Specialists in education, psychology, social work
• Entrepreneurs and managers
• Senior students in relevant fields
• Anyone with life experience and a desire to share and help

What a mentor does:

A mentor is not a controller or a strict teacher. They are a person who:

• Builds trusting relationships with a teenager
• Helps set goals and find ways to achieve them
• Provides support in difficult situations
• Develops soft skills and self-confidence
• Serves as an example of a responsible and conscious adult
