SMM Specialist

for the press service of the Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS) to work with scientific content, conduct interviews with scientists, and manage social media.

Tasks:

• preparation of texts for social networks (TG, MAX, and VK) in accordance with the content plan
• presence at key RAS events and conducting interviews with scientists following scientific reports
• participation in the development of the content plan
• creation of visual materials using templates
• preparation of news reports following events

Requirements:

• at least one year of SMM experience or relevant education (journalism, media, or linguistics)
• desire to develop in SMM and digital fields
• basic Figma skills
• basic smartphone video shooting and editing skills
• fluent Russian language
• ability to work with complex scientific materials: fact-checking, attention to detail, dates, and names
