CreativePeople is an agency specializing in digital product and communication design for large companies and digital ecosystems.
We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join the team that handles design support for one of the top 3 bookmakers.
This is not a story about one large project with a clear start and finish. It involves many parallel tasks, a fast pace, constant interaction with the client and the team. At the same time, it's important to keep several aspects in focus: people, deadlines, quality, and client results.
We need an experienced project manager who can independently manage a client, lead a team, and has a good understanding of the specifics of design and communications.
In this role, it's important not just to organize the process, but to delve into the task, understand why and what the team is doing, ask the right questions, and, together with the team, find solutions that work for the client's business.
It will be an additional advantage if you are interested in sports, follow sporting events, or participate in some sport yourself and are deeply familiar with the subject on an amateur level.
What you will be doing and what you need to be able to do:
- Manage design support for a major client: accept and decompose tasks, plan team work (external and internal), monitor deadlines and quality of results.
- Communicate daily and build relationships with the client, approach issues attentively, maintaining a high level of client service.
- Confidently provide detailed feedback to the team, evaluating results from the perspective of client business benefit.
- Calculate and forecast project economics.
- Control the budget and project documentation.
- Present and defend proposals, upsell to the client.
- Participate in tenders and new client initiatives.
We are a good fit if you:
- Have at least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in design support and branding at an agency/studio.
- Have a good understanding of design and communication creation processes: know how designers, art directors, and other specialists work.
- Are sufficiently experienced in remote client interaction.
- Can effectively plan and allocate resources.
- Are financially literate and can manage project economics.
- Are confident in your strong communication and presentation skills.
- Are disciplined regarding documentation.
- Work confidently with task trackers, project planning tools, Figma, and office software.
- Are not afraid to take responsibility for results and find creative solutions in various situations.
- Like to take initiative, suggest improvements, and think about the benefits for the client's and agency's business.
- Use neural networks in your work and know how to apply them to increase your efficiency without loss of quality.
Conditions:
- Employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, official salary.
- Five-day work week, 10:00 to 19:00.
- Primarily remote work format, but with the option to work from the office if desired and necessary. The office is located in the center of historic Moscow, near Pokrovskie Vorota. Important clarification: business trips to Moscow for in-person client meetings are possible.
- We welcome new ideas for improving and automating work. We implement artificial intelligence and use new technologies for work.
- Real opportunities for professional growth, deepening your knowledge, and career advancement. We know how to develop talented specialists. We conduct goal-setting/review meetings every six months/year.
- We regularly conduct training in management and design. We have an internal lecture hall and a separate training course for managers. We also hold a manager's club where we discuss the most complex cases and learn.
- We have a well-established and time-tested onboarding process. It's a separate project, a guide for the first two weeks and for the entire 3-month adaptation period in the company. We have our own knowledge base that is regularly updated.
- During the onboarding period, a new employee has a mentor who can always answer any questions.
- We have an active corporate life. We regularly organize online and offline events of various scales. We have traditional office parties, celebrate New Year, exchange gifts in a secret Santa, dress up for Halloween, go hiking and have picnics in the summer. We traditionally play "What? Where? When?" and "Own Game". We hold themed online tea parties. Once a year, we hold the CreativePeople award. And much more; we update events and are always coming up with something new.
In your cover letter, please tell us:
- what you consider the most challenging aspect of design support project management and why;
- what design support projects you have managed;
- and also attach your portfolio with case studies.
