Analyst (Commerce)

We are currently looking for an Analyst for the Commerce team, which combines three key areas: Sales (finding and connecting new major partners), Partnership Management (developing current top partners), and Strategic Partnerships (working with travel brands). We are looking for a candidate who can effectively build work processes with the team at high speeds, bring value, and grow the business together.
What you will do
- Dive into the business processes of the commerce teams, identify areas where analytics can optimize work and bring value to the results achieved;
- Digitize and segment the partner base to understand growth points: develop a classification of partners by content type (travel blogs, media, etc.) and traffic quality to focus the team's efforts on the most promising segments;
- Evaluate the potential of new markets and verticals: assist commerce with analytical research before entering new geographies or launching new categories;
- Analyze business economics: investigate the current commission situation, identify and propose points for margin growth;
- Develop self-service and automation: refactor the current system of dashboards and Slack bots for the team.
What we expect from you
- At least 5 years of experience as a Product (preferably B2B), Commercial, or Business Analyst;
- Business mindset: you understand how funnels, unit economics, cohorts, LTV, CAC, and marginality work;
- Ability to prioritize and take a critical approach to the tasks at hand;
- Confident knowledge of SQL (with window functions) and experience analyzing real data using Python;
- Experience in designing user-friendly and clear dashboards;
- Understanding of how to effectively apply LLMs in work to speed up routine tasks;
- Independence, flexibility, and the ability to structure chaos.
How we work
- From anywhere in the world: we are not tied to a location, we pay in dollars, we love to travel;
- No bureaucracy: convenient processes for healthy people, horizontal and open communication, quick discussion of ideas and decision-making;
- We compensate: Voluntary medical insurance, psychotherapy or foreign language courses, sports activities, and sick leave.
