Data Analyst (Sales)
Aviasales for Business is a corporate travel management service and the world's first meta-search for flight tickets for companies. We compare flight ticket prices from various providers and offer B2C prices for businesses, as well as hotels, train tickets, transfers, and additional services.
We are looking for a business analyst who will dive deep into the sales team's processes, identify growth opportunities, and closely interact with stakeholders, helping to improve performance with data.
This position is at the intersection of data and business analytics – we value a deep understanding of business processes, as well as a readiness to develop analytical hard skills.
What you will do
- analyze and evaluate the sales department's performance;
- analyze the entire customer journey through stages – from attracting visitors to the website and receiving a lead, to their purchases and return after churn;
- collect data from various sources, create aggregates, monitor data quality;
- provide the sales team with clear and visual reporting: build dashboards, set up alerts, etc.;
- proactively monitor metrics: identify deviations and anomalies, suggest new segments, perform cohort analysis, look for growth opportunities, and formulate hypotheses;
- participate in sales planning, track sales department KPIs, and long-term planning.
What we expect from you
- at least 3 years of experience as a business or data analyst;
- strong command of SQL and Excel, basic Python skills;
- active use of AI agents (Claude, ChatGPT);
- ability to visually represent data and work with BI tools;
- independence and proactivity: readiness not only to complete incoming tasks but also to formulate hypotheses, suggestions, and research directions;
- experience interacting with various stakeholders: ability to communicate analytical conclusions clearly, help the client formulate requests and expectations.
Will be a plus:
- experience with API integrations for CRM systems, marketing platforms, and advertising accounts;
- experience with B2B SaaS.
