Responsibilities:
- Participation in planning and conducting advertising campaigns in the media
- Processing, analyzing, and approving advertising placements based on incoming offers from shopping centers
- Preparation of advertising structure layouts (including signage) for placement in shopping centers, assigning tasks to designers and controlling their execution
- Requesting production costs for advertising materials, selecting contractors
- Organizing the production and placement of advertising structures
- Quality control of order fulfillment
- Organizing support for stores in shopping malls (including new ones) – processing, analyzing, and controlling placements – regional stores
- Coordinating advertising placements and installations with shopping centers
- Organizing current promotions in the chain of stores, monitoring the availability of promotional materials, analyzing results
- Preparing reporting presentations on advertising placements and promotions
- Working with shopping center websites and social media
- Handling the advertising department's document flow (entering contracts, invoices in 1C, receiving materials and оформление shipments in Navision)
- Assisting in the organization of marketing events
- Collecting footfall data in shopping malls
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Strong communication skills, ability to conduct complex negotiations
- Ability to analyze and forecast the effectiveness of marketing activities
- Understanding of key performance indicators for store operations
- Organizational skills
- Knowledge of basic document flow procedures
- Advanced level of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of 1C and Navision will be an advantage
