Advertising Specialist
The vacancy is open at the office located at: Khimki, Repina St., 34 (corporate transport from metro stations Skhodnenskaya and Rechnoy Vokzal)
Responsibilities:
- Participation in planning and conducting advertising campaigns in the media
- Processing, analysis, and approval of advertising placements based on incoming offers from shopping centers
- Preparation of mock-ups for advertising structures (including signs) for placement in shopping centers, assigning tasks to designers, and controlling execution
- Requesting production costs for advertising materials, selecting contractors
- Organization of production and placement of advertising structures
- Quality control of order fulfillment
- Organization of support for salons in shopping malls (including new ones) – processing, analysis, and control of placement – regional salons
- Approval of advertising placements and installations with shopping centers
- Organization of current promotions in the network of salons, control of promotional materials availability, analysis of results
- Preparation of reporting presentations on advertising placements and promotions
- Work with shopping center websites and social networks
- Work with the advertising department's document flow (entering contracts, invoices in 1C, receiving materials and оформление shipments in Navision)
- Assistance in organizing marketing events
- Collection of foot traffic data in shopping centers
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- High communication skills, ability to conduct complex negotiations
- Ability to analyze and predict the effectiveness of marketing activities
- Understanding of key performance indicators for salons
- Organizational skills
- Knowledge of document flow basics
- Advanced level of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of 1C and Navision will be an advantage
