Director of Internal Audit Department

The Agroeco group of pig farming companies is seeking a Director of Internal Audit Department.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and organizing the work of the internal audit department
• Developing the strategy and plan for internal audit inspections and control procedures
• Determining the scope of work and the employees involved and responsible for performing audit inspections
• Analyzing, preparing reports, providing information on corrective measures for violations identified during inspections, and presenting them to management
• Updating internal documents and participating in their development
• Coordinating interaction between various company departments on internal audit issues
• Monitoring the implementation of recommendations following conducted audit inspections
• Ensuring the department's activities comply with internal documents and corporate standards

Requirements:

• Willingness to relocate, place of work: Voronezh
• Higher education in economics, finance, or accounting
• Additional education in audit (external/internal), revision, or risk management, as well as holding a valid general audit qualification certificate, a unified audit certificate will be an advantage
• At least 5 years of experience in internal audit in manufacturing companies (livestock, crop production will be an advantage), with at least 3 years in managerial positions
• Knowledge of the basic principles of international internal auditing standards
• Excellent data analysis and risk identification skills
• Experience in conducting internal inspections and preparing reports
