The Moscow Exchange is looking for an Head of Operational Audit Department.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting internal audits of the central depository in the area of operational audit, including risk identification
- Testing, writing reports, including developing recommendations, presenting results, and monitoring the implementation of identified remarks.
- Participation in the formation of the audit plan for the next year and updating internal regulatory documents (VND)
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in audit
- Knowledge of Russian legislation and regulatory requirements for financial market participants
- Analytical mindset, results-oriented, ability to constructively defend one's position
- Experience in leading team audits
- Stress resistance, readiness for multitasking and tight deadlines for unplanned projects
