COO/ Head of Banking Operations at Digital Bank

Digital bank within a large fintech ecosystem is looking for a strong operational leader.

The role is responsible for building a scalable banking operations platform: back-office, regulatory operations, legal/compliance coordination, accounting processes, support, collections, acquiring operations, ATM/cash operations, and operational support for launching new fintech products.

Key task:

• Ensure that the banking license and operational framework accelerate the launch of credit, card, deposit, payment, and acquiring products while maintaining reliability, regulatory compliance, and operational stability.

We need a candidate:

• With experience in banking and fintech operational activities for launching banking products, working with legal/compliance/AML/risks/support, interacting with IT and product teams, building processes from scratch, and managing cross-functional teams. Readiness to work hands-on in a rapidly changing environment is mandatory.

We are not considering candidates if you have:

• Only classic banking administrator experience without digital/product experience.
• Less than 10 years of experience in managing banking products.
• You are used to working only within mature banking infrastructure.
• You only want a prestigious COO role without deep operational involvement and hands-on work.
• You think exclusively "this cannot be done" rather than "how to do it safely and quickly".
