🎯 Main Task: To ensure the operational department accelerates product launches (loans, cards, deposits, payments, acquiring) while maintaining 100% reliability and compliance with regulatory requirements.

⚙️ Areas of Responsibility

• Building a scalable banking operations platform:
• Core operations: back-office, accounting processes, customer support.
• Risks and compliance: regulatory operations, coordination with legal and compliance departments.
• Specialized areas: debt collection, acquiring operations, ATMs and cash operations.
• Development: operational support for new fintech product launches.

👤 Important:

• Hands-on experience managing operations in the banking or fintech sector.
• Successful experience in launching new banking products to the market.
• Deep understanding of legal issues, compliance, risks, and accounting.
• Experience in close collaboration with IT specialists and product teams.
• Building cross-functional teams and processes from scratch.
• Willingness to be personally involved in tasks in a rapidly changing environment.
