OTP Bank is looking for a Head of Department in a new operational efficiency function, who will build an analytics and performance management system for the Operations block from scratch.
You will influence key decisions, shape approaches to data management, and become a driver of operational transformation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop the operational efficiency management system: KPI, SLA, production metrics, and key process monitoring;
- Build an analytical function and management reporting, develop BI tools, and provide executives with quality analytics;
- Analyze the efficiency of operational processes, identify growth areas, and develop proposals for improving productivity, quality, and automation levels;
- Lead process optimization and transformation initiatives, assess the impact of implementing changes, and control the achievement of target results;
- Formulate requirements for analytical solutions, ensure data quality, and develop a data-driven approach to decision-making;
- Build interaction with process owners, business, and related departments, support initiatives for the development of the bank's operational model;
- Manage the department team (2 project managers), develop employees, and build the function's work processes.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in team management and development of an analytical function or operational efficiency department;
- Experience in building BI analytics, management reporting, and KPI, SLA, and production metrics systems;
- Understanding of banking operational processes and experience in implementing efficiency improvement projects;
- Proficient data handling skills (BI, SQL, Excel) and preparation of materials for management;
- Experience interacting with the business, ability to draw conclusions and make data-driven decisions;
- Higher education;
- English language at Intermediate level or higher will be an advantage.
