Main areas of responsibility:
- Training/onboarding/development — quickly bringing people up to productivity and scaling knowledge
- Development of communication quality — calls, chats, customer experience (including through AI tools)
- Sales and origination support — processes that directly affect conversion rates and deal speed
- Internal and corporate team support — ensuring connectivity and transparency
What to do in essence:
- Maintain a stable operational machine
- Eliminate manual labor and drive automation (AI / tools / integrations)
- Reassemble processes for scale and speed
- Build metrics and dashboards that actually influence decisions
- Work closely with products, product teams, and technologists
- Act fast: short cycles, quick hypotheses, fast rollout
- Strengthen the team and set a high level of execution
Who they are looking for:
- Can simultaneously maintain a large run and drive changes
- Has implemented transformations, not just supported them
- Has implemented automation / AI / complex IT solutions
- Data-driven: can build a metrics system from scratch
- Makes decisions quickly and brings them to fruition
