✅ Operations Owner (B2B FinTech) Almaty Field: FinTech / B2B / Operations
About the company A B2B division within a large digital company, operating as an independent business unit with its own team, clients, and internal processes.
We are looking for you if you: • Have experience in the corporate segment (B2B) and understand the specifics of working with corporate clients. • Know the features of GDS, corporate contracts, MICE, and service processes. • Have experience building operational processes from scratch or conducting large-scale restructuring. • Can develop KPIs and motivation systems for operational teams. • Possess a digital mindset and experience working with digital products. • Are capable of independently identifying problem areas, making decisions, and taking responsibility for the result.
Responsibilities • Full operational management of the B2B division's back office. • Management of the agent team, development of processes and quality standards. • Implementation of KPIs, motivation system, and team efficiency control. • Control of SLA, Response Time, service quality, and conversion of inquiries into sales. • Analysis of expense efficiency and search for optimization opportunities. • Evaluation of operational activities, financial indicators, and commercial effectiveness of the business unit. • Initiation and implementation of business process improvements. • Operational support for the division head, participation in team development and employee recruitment.
