Project Manager in FinTech Salary - 1800-2200 EUR Location - Cyprus, Paphos Work format - hybrid/office in Paphos

What you will do / Responsibilities:

• Manage projects that directly impact payouts, approvals, risk, and retention. • Act as a liaison between development, marketing, risk, and operations teams. • Set clear tasks, control deadlines, and ensure results. • Analyze data, identify weaknesses, and propose effective solutions. • Generate reports, roadmaps, hypotheses, and improvements. • Optimize processes and help the product grow faster.

Who we are looking for:

• Preferably with experience in FinTech, lending, or financial products. • With an analytical mindset and the ability to think structurally. • Proficient in Excel and SQL at a level that allows for data verification and drawing conclusions. • Proactive, organized, flexible, and able to negotiate. • Someone who loves to bring tasks to completion, not just “manage processes”.
