We work fast, grow steadily, and are now looking for an initiative-taking Project Manager who can structure chaos, loves numbers, and wants to influence the product every day. 💼 What you will do

Manage projects that directly impact lending volumes, approvals, risk, and retention. Act as a liaison between development, marketing, risk, and operations teams. Set clear tasks, monitor deadlines, and ensure successful completion. Analyze data, identify weaknesses, and propose effective solutions. Generate reports, roadmaps, hypotheses, and improvements. Optimize processes and help the product grow faster.

🧠 Who we are looking for

Preferably with experience in FinTech, lending, or financial products. With an analytical mindset and the ability to think structurally. Proficient in Excel and SQL at a level that allows for data verification and drawing conclusions. Proactive, organized, flexible, and capable of negotiation. Someone who enjoys seeing tasks through to completion, not just "managing processes".
