💼 Project Manager | FinTech

💰 1800–2200 € 📍 Paphos, Cyprus 🏢 Office-only format (relocation is not considered)

We are an international FinTech company developing a product in the online lending sector. We are growing rapidly, launching new projects, and looking for a Project Manager who can effectively manage tasks, build processes, and deliver projects to completion.

💼 Responsibilities

• Manage projects affecting issuances, approvals, risk, customer retention, and operational processes. • Coordinate interaction between development, marketing, risk management, and operational teams. • Plan tasks, control deadlines, and ensure timely project implementation. • Analyze data, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to improve efficiency. • Develop roadmaps, reports, and hypotheses for product development. • Optimize internal processes and support the implementation of changes.

🧠 We expect

• Project Manager experience of 1 year or more. • Experience in FinTech, lending, banking, or other financial products will be an advantage. • Analytical thinking and the ability to work with a large volume of information. • Confident command of Excel and SQL. • Project management skills and the ability to interact with multiple teams simultaneously. • Independence, initiative, and a results-oriented approach.
