💼 What you will do

• Manage projects that directly impact disbursements, approvals, risk, and retention. • Be the connecting link between development, marketing, risk, and operations teams. • Set clear tasks, monitor deadlines, and achieve results. • Analyze data, identify weaknesses, and propose effective solutions. • Generate reports, roadmaps, hypotheses, and improvements. • Optimize processes and help the product grow faster.

🧠 Who we are looking for

• Preferably with experience in FinTech, lending, or financial products. • With an analytical mindset and the ability to think structurally. • Proficient in Excel and SQL at a level that allows you to check data and draw conclusions. • Proactive, organized, flexible, and able to negotiate. • Someone who likes to bring tasks to completion, not just "manage processes".
