💼 What you will do

• Manage projects that directly impact approvals, risk, retention. • Act as a liaison between development, marketing, risk, and operations teams. • Set clear tasks, monitor deadlines, and ensure delivery. • Analyze data, identify weaknesses, and propose effective solutions. • Develop reports, roadmaps, hypotheses, and improvements. • Optimize processes and help the product grow faster.

🧠 Who we are looking for

• Preferably with experience in FinTech, lending, or financial products. • With an analytical mindset and the ability to think structurally. • Proficient in Excel and SQL to the extent that allows data verification and drawing conclusions. • Proactive, organized, flexible, and able to negotiate. • Those who strive to complete tasks to the end, not just "manage processes".
