About Us:
A FinTech company developing 6 internal products for international markets.
Format and Location:
- City: Paphos, Cyprus.
- Schedule: 5/2, 100% office-based work (remote or hybrid format is not provided).
- Salary: €1800-2200
Responsibilities and Work Plan:
- Stage 1: First month (Probationary period — 1 month)
- Product immersion through analysis of internal support tickets and CRM system inquiries.
- Investigation of operational incidents: identifying reasons for failed transactions or stalled applications.
- Thorough study of business logic, loan issuance algorithms, and CRM architecture.
- Stage 2: From month 2-3 onwards (Transition to operational support)
- Operational support and coordination of 1 out of the company's 6 FinTech projects.
- Cross-functional interaction: task assignment and deadline control with development, marketing, risk, and support teams.
- Data extraction via SQL, report compilation, and basic performance analysis in MS Excel.
- Identifying bottlenecks in processes and proposing optimization hypotheses.
Candidate Requirements:
- Work Permit: You already reside in Cyprus or have the legal right to work in the EU/Cyprus (EU passport, Temporary Protection, Cyprus Permanent Residency, Spouse's Residence Permit with work rights).
- Visa Policy: The company does not arrange relocation visas or cover moving or accommodation expenses.
Professional Skills:
- MS Excel: Proficient (pivot tables, basic formulas, data filtering).
- SQL: Basic level, sufficient for independent data extraction from the database.
- Domain Understanding: Understanding of CRM systems logic and basic economics of financial/transactional products.
- Language: Fluent Russian (C1/C2) — all work communication and documentation are in Russian (English proficiency is not required).
- Personal Qualities: Developed logic, attention to detail, calm and adequate attitude towards initial routine work with support tickets.
Working Conditions:
- Salary €1800-2200.
- Salary review is planned after passing the probationary period. The final salary amount will be discussed individually after the final interview.
- Probationary period: 1 month.
- Official employment with a Cypriot company, "white" salary paid to a bank card.
