💼 What you will do

• Manage projects that directly impact approvals, risk, and retention. • Be the liaison between development, marketing, risk, and operations teams. • Set clear tasks, control deadlines, and achieve results. • Analyze data, identify weaknesses, and propose effective solutions. • Create reports, roadmaps, hypotheses, and improvements. • Optimize processes and help the product grow faster.

🧠 Who we are looking for

• Preferably with experience in FinTech, lending, or financial products. • With an analytical mindset and the ability to think structurally. • Proficient in Excel and SQL at a level that allows data verification and drawing conclusions. • Proactive, organized, flexible, and able to negotiate. • Those who love to bring tasks to completion, not just “manage processes”.
