We are currently looking for a creative Content Producer for the "Magnit Adtech" division.
Magnit Ads is an advertising platform within the «Magnit» ecosystem, where new industry standards are being created. What you will do:
- Be responsible for the creation, development, and scaling of content formats for the content factory authors;
- Develop content strategies, identify trends, create growth mechanics, and implement AI tools to accelerate content production;
- Search for and analyze trends on Russian and international platforms;
- Create and test new content formats and hypotheses;
- Control content quality at all stages of production;
- Work with authors and bloggers;
- Create internal knowledge bases, format libraries, scenario templates, and trend alerts;
- Formulate recommendations for the development of content areas based on analytics and maintain reporting.
Who we are looking for:
- You have at least 3 years of experience as a Content Producer, Creative Producer, Scriptwriter, or Content Strategist in blogger projects;
- You have experience in successfully creating content for social platforms;
- You understand the creator economy and the principles of modern content platforms;
- You have skills in prompt engineering, creating AI workflows, and automating content processes using various AI tools.
