We are looking for a graphic designer for regular project-based work: advertising creatives, banners, graphics for websites and digital projects, visual concepts, illustrations, and other materials. Full-time employment is possible.
Collaboration Format
- Project-based work on a permanent basis, not a one-off order.
- We cannot guarantee full-time employment every month, but it is possible.
- We need readiness to take on both large projects and small tasks — down to a single creative or a series of adaptations.
- We agree on costs and deadlines before the start of each task.
- If your usual rates are significantly higher than the guidelines below, it is unlikely we will be a good fit for each other.
Budget Guidelines
- Full-time employment during the month with a standard work schedule — approximately 150–200 thousand ₽.
- Series of advertising banners: development of one main creative + approximately 7–10 adaptations/resizes — approximately 20–30 thousand ₽.
- Other tasks are estimated separately depending on volume and complexity.
- These are guidelines, not a fixed price list.
Typical Tasks
- Advertising banners and digital creatives.
- Key visual and development of a visual concept in a series of materials.
- Graphics for websites, landing pages, social networks, and other digital platforms.
- Adaptations and resizes for different formats.
- Illustrations and individual graphic elements.
- Work within an existing corporate style or development of a visual direction for a specific task.
What is Required
- Strong foundation in graphic design: composition, typography, visual hierarchy, color, grids, rhythm, and space management.
- Ability not just to "design according to the brief" but to develop a visual concept and consistently develop it into a series of materials.
- Ability to work within an existing brand book or visual system and maintain brand integrity.
- Ability to work in different styles for different products and audiences, rather than replicating the same visual technique in all projects.
- Ability to adapt designs for different formats and sizes. For us, resizing is not a mechanical change of layout dimensions but preserving composition, hierarchy, and readability in the new format.
- Understanding the specifics of digital advertising: what should be primary, how to work with offers and CTAs, how to maintain readability and emphasis with limited visual information.
- Confident ability to work with photos, graphic elements, text, and other source materials; assemble them into a cohesive composition.
- Neat organization of working files and delivery of editable source files.
- Ability to justify design decisions, not just explain it as "it looks better this way."
- Readiness to work with both large tasks and small projects.
- For tasks involving illustration, the ability to create high-quality original graphics independently, or to clearly show in the portfolio which part of the illustration work you performed personally.
How to Apply
- Link to your portfolio.
- 2–3 most relevant works.
- Be sure to show at least one project where a single visual concept has been developed into several different materials or formats: for example, key visual → banners of different sizes → stories/social → graphics for a landing page.
- If your portfolio includes illustrations, indicate which ones were created by you independently.
- Briefly state your current workload and how regularly you are available for new tasks.
- Indicate your usual rates or confirm that the budget guidelines provided above are generally suitable for you.
We will primarily assess your level based on your portfolio. Typography, composition, system quality, work with material series, and the ability to develop one visual idea across different formats are especially important. A beautiful standalone poster or a student case study is not enough. Indicate your willingness to complete a small test assignment.
