A fast-growing Russian pharmaceutical company is building a scalable platform for collecting, processing, and storing large volumes of data. Due to active growth, the company is looking for a strong leader to take responsibility for the development of the data engineering direction.
Responsibilities: Leading a team of Optimacros developer-modelers: setting tasks, monitoring deadlines, mentoring, conducting 1-to-1s, performance reviews. Developing and supporting multidimensional financial and operational models (P&L, Cash Flow, Plan-Actual, S&OP, IBP) on the Optimacros platform. Designing the architecture for integrating models with internal systems (ERP, DWH, Treasury) via REST/SOAP API, ETL processes, and scripts. Collecting and formalizing requirements from the finance department and top management, defending architectural solutions to stakeholders. Building a knowledge base, best modeling practices, and development standards within the team. Cascading goals and consolidated planning at any level of detail.
Requirements: Experience with the Optimacros platform (or Anaplan) for 3+ years, in the role of Team Lead / Architect / Project Manager. Excellent understanding of corporate finance, management accounting, budgeting, planning, and consolidation processes (knowledge of IFRS/RAS is a plus). Skills in working with SQL (PostgreSQL, ClickHouse), experience in setting up integrations (REST API, JSON, XML), scripting in Python, JavaScript/Node.js, or built-in platform tools. Experience managing distributed or cross-functional teams (developers, analysts).
Preferred: experience working at Optimacros or with certified partners, holding certificates or successful cases of Optimacros implementation in large holdings.
