We are looking for a Team Lead (MS Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations) for the Golden Apple perfume and cosmetics supermarket.
About the role:
- You will work in the Business Development department: the team is responsible for implementing the company's business strategy through IT project management and product creation for functional areas. It develops and adapts the company's business processes for entering new markets.
- Project: automation of treasury and cash flow management processes for a retail chain based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
Responsibilities:
Organizing and managing the team:
- Estimating team tasks, distributing workload.
- Conducting team rituals: grooming, daily, sprint-planning, retro.
- Regularly monitoring and controlling the quality of the team's work results.
- Establishing work processes and communication within the team.
- People management: hiring, motivating, developing.
Organizing the delivery process:
- Regularly analyzing team performance and optimizing its work.
- Decomposing tasks, including those from related teams.
- Quarterly setting goals for team members and conducting performance reviews.
- Providing feedback on requirements documented by the architect.
Candidate requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as an analyst/consultant for MS Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
- At least 1 year of team management experience.
- Knowledge of the software development/implementation lifecycle stages, including for high-load systems.
- Knowledge of the financial functionality of MS Dynamics AX platform (versions 2009, 2012, or D365), confident knowledge of modules: bank and cash management, payment requests, general ledger, fixed assets, vendor settlements, customer settlements, tax accounting.
- Understanding of subject area processes: financial accounting, treasury, payment management, financial assets, settlements.
- Confident command of the Scrum agile management methodology.
- Knowledge and experience using BPMN notation, conducting business process analysis and reengineering.
- English language proficiency at an intermediate level or higher.
