We are looking for a Senior R&D Manager for the food category.
The main task of the role is to create products and scalable recipes that can be replicated in different markets while maintaining a unified product concept and quality. We consider candidates with experience in R&D, Product Development, as well as brand chefs who have worked with chain formats and scalable products.
What you will be doing:
Developing and improving the assortment of the Food category: sandwiches, pastries, desserts, breakfasts, snacks, and other areas. Forming product concepts and developing new recipes. Managing the full product development cycle: from idea and initial work-ups to testing, implementation, and launch in different countries. Creating scalable recipes for subsequent replication in an international network. Working with manufacturers within the framework of new product development: setting tasks, conducting joint work-ups and testing, implementing approved recipes. Building and developing processes in the area of food R&D within the company. Preparing standards, technological documentation, and materials for replicating products in other markets. Interacting with Supply Chain and international market managers within the framework of launching new products.
What we expect from you:
