We are looking for a Manager to join our Corporate Tax Advisory team at EY Uzbekistan.

This role is for a professional who is not only passionate about tax, but also enjoys solving complex business challenges, building meaningful client relationships, developing people, and creating solutions that make a difference.

As part of our Corporate Tax Advisory team, you will work with leading organizations, advise clients on complex tax matters, lead impactful projects, and help shape the future of our practice.

🔎 We are looking for someone who has:

• 6+ years of relevant experience in corporate taxation (experience in a professional services environment is a plus) • Strong knowledge of Uzbekistan tax legislation and business taxation • Understanding of international taxation principles, including DTTs and OECD guidelines • Experience managing projects, teams, and client relationships • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills • Ability to turn complex tax concepts into practical business solutions • Experience building professional networks and representing expertise in the market • Excellent writing skills and ability to communicate complex ideas clearly • Fluency in English, Russian, and Uzbek
