🔶Position - System Analyst, Middle and above.

⌨️Candidate Requirements:
- Citizenship and location in the Russian Federation
- Knowledge of requirement types and their hierarchy, requirement lifecycle, requirement management process;
- Understanding of requirement quality attributes, methods and techniques for eliciting and describing requirements (user story, cjm, etc.);
- Understanding of software quality models;
- Knowledge of requirement documentation and modeling approaches;
- Knowledge of specifics of working with requirements in agile methodologies (Scrum);
- Knowledge of process modeling notations (BPMN, UML, EPC, or any other);
- At least 2 years of experience as an analyst in IT or business analysis;
- Experience using collaborative work systems (JIRA, Confluence are welcome);
- Experience in collecting and formalizing customer requirements;
- Experience in writing technical specifications for software development and web services;
- Experience in developing systems with integrations or system components in an Enterprise architecture;
- Experience in preparing documentation for users;
- Understanding of banking business processes is welcome;
- Knowledge of one of the modeling tools is welcome (Sparx EA, Visual-paradigm, Archi, etc.);
- Basic expertise in the following areas:
- Basic Soft Skills of an analyst (communication skills, critical and systematic thinking, teamwork);
- Understanding of software lifecycle models: waterfall, iterative, spiral;
- Understanding of agile methodologies and software development principles (Agile/Lean - XP, Scrum, Kanban, OpenUP);
- Understanding of the quality assurance process, functional testing process (test cases, execution of test cases);
- SQL (ability to write queries with grouping and joining, calculated fields in queries);
- Ability to plan work, assign tasks, accept results, achieve goals on time and with the required quality.

💵Salary range up to 250k rubles net.
