🔹Requirements

• At least 2 (two) years of experience as a Prompt Engineer between 2022 and the present in projects involving software development, modification, and/or implementation;
• Experience in developing and optimizing prompts (systemic) for AI models;
• Experience in testing AI models;
• Experience in improving the quality of AI model responses using prompt engineering techniques, context optimization (including RAG);
• Experience in preparing datasets for AI model testing;
• Experience in operating AI agents (working with logs, analyzing model reasoning, etc.);
• Experience in team development using Confluence, Jira, Git, Jenkins software products;
• Experience working with both waterfall and Agile/Scrum development methodologies;
• At least 2 years of experience in projects involving development and/or modification and/or implementation of systems for financial market participants or banks.

🔹 Project Tasks: Development, optimization, and testing of prompts for AI models, including improving response quality and context handling (RAG). Preparation and management of datasets for model testing, analysis of AI agent logs and reasoning. Implementation and support of AI solutions for financial products and banking systems, participation in team development.
