Training & Development Intern

Hello everyone! I'm writing today with a cool internship opportunity :)

‼️Training & Development Intern‼️ in an international EdTech / Learning project)

This is not a typical internship where you just observe! From the first month, you will lead real projects, going through the full cycle of working with training: from a brief with the client to evaluating the result. 💥

🌼 Fully remote + flexible schedule 🌼 Good pay even during the internship 🌼 Mentorship from a Learning Hub manager with 20+ years of experience 🌼 Lots of practice, feedback, and rapid growth 🌼 Opportunity to stay with the team after the internship

What awaits you:

• real tasks instead of just training cases
• full cycle of working with training
• working with business, audience, and content
• launching your own training projects

Who we are looking for:

• you are interested in L&D and working with people
• you already have experience in public speaking / mentoring / content creation
• you are lively, curious, and not afraid of new things
• you can take responsibility and figure out tasks independently
• you want to grow quickly and understand why you need development in this field

If this resonates with you, I'll be happy to meet you 🤍 To apply for the internship, fill out the form at the link
