Requirements:
- iGaming experience of 2+ years (1+ year in a managerial position)
- Understanding of the specifics of working with VIP players.
- Creation and optimization of bonus schemes, promotions, and exclusive offers.
- Analytics and data work.
- Ability to work with CRM, BI systems, and analytics tools.
- Customer segmentation, building forecasts, and analyzing player behavior.
- Budget management, ROI calculation, and cost control.
- Planning, task setting, and performance control skills.
- Knowledge of CRM systems, marketing automation, and customer service principles.
- Understanding of AML, KYC, GDPR, etc.
- Language proficiency: English B2-C2.
Responsibilities:
- Optimization of bonus and personalized offers.
- Management and coordination of the VIP managers team.
- Training and motivation of employees.
- Personalization of interaction with VIP players.
- Building trusting relationships and providing exclusive service.
- Monitoring player behavior and adapting offers to their interests.
- Analytics and monitoring of VIP activity.
- Use of analytical tools for segmentation and activity forecasting.
- Risk identification and problem prevention.
- Financial performance control.
- Management of the VIP program budget to increase revenue and minimize expenses.
- Analysis of ROI of VIP activities.
- Interaction with other departments.
- Reporting and KPIs.
- Control of key performance indicators (retention, ARPU, LTV).
- Preparation of regular reports for top management.
