👑 Head of VIP – High-Value Player Management 📍 Limassol, Cyprus 🏢 Full-time | On-site (Hybrid may be considered in exceptional cases)

We're looking for an experienced Head of VIP to build, lead, and scale our VIP Department across multiple iGaming brands and international markets. You'll own the VIP strategy, lead the team, optimize player retention and NGR, and work closely with CRM, Risk, Payments, Compliance, Product, and Management to deliver an exceptional VIP experience.

Key Responsibilities • Build and lead the VIP Department and team • Develop VIP strategy, player segmentation, and lifecycle management • Improve retention, reactivation, NGR, and player lifetime value • Design personalized VIP offers while controlling bonus costs • Manage VIP performance, reporting, and KPIs • Collaborate with CRM, Risk, Payments, Compliance, Product, and Support teams • Handle escalated VIP cases and continuously improve VIP processes

Requirements • Proven experience as Head of VIP, VIP Manager, VIP Team Lead, or similar leadership role • Strong iGaming VIP management experience • Deep understanding of player behavior, VIP retention, loyalty, and CRM • Strong commercial mindset focused on NGR, LTV, and profitability • Experience leading teams and managing high-value player portfolios • Knowledge of AML, KYC, Responsible Gaming, and bonus management • Excellent English and leadership skills ⭐ Experience building VIP departments, managing casino & sportsbook VIP segments, and working with Optimove, Fast Track, Braze, Salesforce, or similar CRM/VIP platforms is a strong advantage.
