Production experience: releases, support, incident resolution. Regularly use AI tools (Cursor and similar) in daily development. Ability to quickly bring MVP to production while maintaining quality. Product mindset: understand how to reduce scope, define MVP, and make reasonable trade-offs. Have a portfolio: GitHub, projects, demos, or other artifacts. English from B1. Will be a plus: Experience in product companies or startups. Practical experience with LLM, AI Agents, RAG, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, MCP, and the modern AI stack. Stack: Node.js, React, Next.js, React Native, GraphQL, REST, WebSockets, OpenAI, Claude, LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, CI/CD, OpenTelemetry.
