We are looking for a game designer passionate about slots and game mechanics. We need someone who can create an engaging game experience, design mechanics and math, and work with art and documentation.

Responsibilities:

Development and analysis of concepts: — Search and selection of visual and auditory references to form a unique game style and atmosphere; — Designing game mechanics (for new and current projects) with a deep understanding of user experience (UX) and company business goals. — Creation and maintenance of GDD (Game Design Document): — Writing comprehensive GDDs, including creating mockups and detailed textual descriptions of key features; — Developing round mechanics, symbol behavior, as well as graphic and animation styles; — Preparing presentation materials and defending concepts before stakeholders. Management of game assets and logic: — Transforming conceptual ideas into understandable tasks: forming detailed lists of assets (art, audio, VFX, animations); — Systematizing, cataloging, and strictly accounting for all project media materials; Developing logic, timings, and the sequence of asset playback in conjunction with game events.

Coordination and approval: — Close collaboration with the development team, artists, animators, and internal partners; — Gathering feedback, making adjustments, and iteratively improving documentation until final approval. — Evaluating the finished product and its components (from in-house teams and contractors) for compliance with the original GDD vision, audience expectations, and partners; — Monitoring product metrics and user feedback, generating suggestions for improving and refining games.

What's important: — At least 1 year of relevant experience in slots or social casinos; — Ability to design game features and balance mathematics; — Experience with art feedback; — Analytical thinking, understanding of metrics and player behavior; — Good communication skills, ability to work in a distributed team;
