Head of HR

(Thailand, relocation)

Cocoon Family Group is a restaurant company on the island of Samui, Thailand, where we create gastronomic experiences, set trends, inspire guests to discover, and develop aesthetic taste.

We are currently growing actively and are looking for a Head of HR to join our team for long-term and fruitful collaboration.

What you will be doing:

• Managing the full cycle of HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance appraisal, motivation, employee retention and development; • Forming and developing the HR team, managing the work of recruitment, training, and personnel administration; • Monitoring timely filling of vacancies at all levels, developing effective channels for attracting personnel, and forming a talent pool; • Developing and implementing performance appraisal systems, goal setting, regular feedback, and employee development; • Identifying training needs, developing and monitoring the implementation of development programs for employees and managers; • Developing the employer brand and forming an attractive EVP for attracting and retaining talent; • Consulting managers on team management and HR decisions; • Forming HR analytics and a system of key HR indicators (turnover, staffing levels, productivity, retention, hiring and training effectiveness); • Participating in the opening of new facilities, team formation, and providing HR support for business scaling processes.

What is important to us:

• At least 5 years of HR experience, including 2–3 years in leadership positions (Head of HR, HR BP, HRD); • Experience in the restaurant business, HoReCa, retail, or other service companies with a large number of employees will be an advantage; • Practical experience in managing key HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, training and development, employee relations; • Experience in managing an HR team and developing HR functions in a rapidly growing business environment; • Ability to build partnerships with business leaders; • English language proficiency at an Intermediate level or higher will be an advantage.
