EdTech | Remote| EU | Serbia| Georgia ** An international EdTech company is looking for a Payments Analyst in the Payments Division. The role is about payment analytics: reporting, dashboards, monitoring payment performance, identifying anomalies, and data-driven improvements to payment flows.
Tasks • Maintain and improve payment reports and dashboards • Prepare analytical reports and data extracts • Monitor payment performance, alerts, and key metrics • Identify anomalies in payment data and analyze their causes • Check data quality and consistency between sources • Work with large product and transactional datasets • Automate recurring reports and analytical workflows
Important • 1–3 years of experience in Data / Product Analytics • Strong SQL • Practical Python for data analysis and automation • Experience with large datasets and BI dashboards • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets • Ability to validate data, find inconsistencies and anomalies • Attention to detail, ownership mindset, fast learner
Plus • Payment / transactional / billing / financial data • Subscription, fintech, e-commerce, gaming, or high-volume B2C • AWS Athena / S3 • Tableau / Superset / Looker • Report automation • Interest in AI tools
