Product Manager (Web3 / Staking) Wanted

Company: Stake Shark — staking provider and blockchain validator with 150k+ delegators across 20+ networks: Solana, Ethereum, Monad, Cosmos, Cardano, etc. TVS — $30M+.

▪️Responsibilities: ▫️Add new blockchains and staking protocols ▫️Integrate partner services into the wallet ▫️Manage backlog and prioritize tasks ▫️Describe user flows and technical requirements for staking functions ▫️Coordinate the development team ▫️Participate in product testing ▫️Launch and control marketing campaigns ▫️Formulate hypotheses for delegator and staking pool growth ▫️Synchronize dev / QA / design / marketing / support ▫️Prepare weekly KPI reports

▪️Requirements: ▫️Understanding of the Web3 / crypto market ▫️English language B1+ ▫️Experience as PM / Product Owner — will be a plus
