Development and enhancement of code according to approved bank-wide/team standards. Ensuring code quality and completeness of requirement implementation
Task elaboration: clarifying requirements, risk analysis, decomposition, estimation, agreeing on expected results
Independent management of tasks from approved solution to production launch
Performing PoC and R&D work to validate approaches within a specific task/service
Participation in troubleshooting production environment issues together with the support team
Identifying and fixing defects and performance issues (including those resulting from load testing)
Interaction with related teams on integrations and technical issues
Participation in maintaining project technical documentation; technical consultations

Total commercial Java development experience of 4+ years
Strong skills in developing streaming services (on Kafka / Kafka Streams)
Experience with object storage (MinIO, S3)
Experience with SQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, YDB)
Experience with Kubernetes (understanding basic entities, ability to diagnose deployment and application configuration issues)
Experience with containerization tools and understanding CI/CD at a user level
Experience with REST/SOAP/gRPC
Strong Git skills
Experience in developing high-load systems
Experience applying design principles and architectural patterns
Maintaining clean and readable code, mandatory participation in code reviews, covering changes with unit and integration tests
Will be a plus: experience with Apache Flink, experience in the banking sector
