Lead Java Developer

What you will be doing

• Developing software within your area of responsibility (integration systems/modules)
• Consulting development and support teams on technical issues related to the Bank's ESB
• Reviewing code and technical design for compliance with Bank standards
• Making decisions on the choice of technical stack and patterns for solving tasks (together with tech leads)
• Participating in the development and implementation of development standards
• Designing integration solutions

What we expect from candidates

• Java development experience of 5+ years
• Higher technical education
• Use of design patterns (SOLID, REST, patterns)
• Knowledge of microservices: REST, SOAP, GRPC, OpenAPI
• Knowledge of message brokers (Kafka, MQ)
• Containerization (Docker, k8s)
• Database design experience
• Integration solution design experience
• Development process automation experience
• Knowledge and ability to apply development standards
• Frameworks: Spring Boot, Hibernate, Jackson, JUnit, Lombok
• Skills in building development processes, task decomposition
• Experience in developing microservice architecture, optimizing integration processes
• Time management, proactivity, multitasking
