Internship in a team developing methodologies and tools for IT project management. We are looking for a student to assist with data analysis, project administration, and routine automation.
Tasks:
- Assist the Expert/Head of Department with specific tasks in team projects (e.g., IT assessment or IT strategy development)
- Team project administration
- Data analysis and consolidation in Excel/similar software
- Formulating hypotheses and conclusions based on data analysis, preparing working and reporting documents in Word/PowerPoint/similar formats
- Assisting in the development of methodologies and tools used in the department’s work
- Assisting in building the team's knowledge base (wiki)
- Automation of the above activities (Python) - desirable
Requirements:
- Studying in a Russian university, 2nd-6th year of Bachelor's/Specialist degree or 1st-2nd year of Master's (full-time study only)
- Any work experience relevant to the internship field
- Desire to develop in IT management, understand the interdependencies between different IT areas
- Basic understanding of modern technologies and trends, IT products, IT processes
- Experience in writing data processing scripts (Python, VBA)
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Atlassian (Jira, Confluence) tools
- Basic knowledge of technological product lifecycle stages/development cycles
- Experience in management consulting, project management as an advantage
- Experience in analytics, writing "real-world" reports and building benchmarks as an advantage
