Intern — AI Fullstack Engineer in the HRTech Team
About the Team:
We help teams in the HR automation cluster apply AI solutions in their work, we learn ourselves and teach others to use LLMs and agent systems more effectively. We also prepare platform tools, including an AI kiosk for hypothesis testing and prompt versioning.
Your responsibilities:
- develop code and MCP for launching skills in the Subteno AI bot;
- work with the AI kiosk: API, hypotheses, LLM analytics, prompt refinement;
- integrate with platform LLM services;
- implement AI champion requests through the Kiosk or N8N;
- implement applied AI ideas (audits, instructions, Jira analytics, bonuses, grade changes, and others);
- strengthen AI adoption in teams (develop skills for agents, help improve development approaches);
- assist with testing, code review, and backend architecture.
We expect you to have:
- knowledge and ability to write code in Go;
- familiarity with PostgreSQL or basic SQL skills;
- basic knowledge of JavaScript (frontend) or willingness to learn it;
- interest in AI and a desire to apply it in your work, willingness to help other developers dive into AI work;
- an understanding of what affects the effectiveness of communication with LLMs, ability to evaluate a prompt and rephrase it for a more relevant answer;
- responsibility and ability to organize your work;
- willingness to work at least 30 hours per week.
It would be great if you:
- have experience with N8N or other BPM systems;
- have used AI agents (Claude/Codex), developed skills for them, and can share cases where you solved problems using AI.
