Honestly: the current engineering layer was assembled based on guides. It works, but we need a professional who can redesign the email infrastructure correctly and then own this direction.

There is carte blanche for rebuilding, development is nearby.

What needs to be done: — Audit and redesign of the domain portfolio and routing — Systemic warmup and scaling of volumes from tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands of emails per day — Connection and development of proprietary SMTP servers: PowerMTA / Halon / MailerQ — Work with deliverability, reputation, remediation, and sending stability

What's important: — 5+ years of experience in deliverability in global markets — Experience in designing sending infrastructure, not just working within ESP interfaces — Hands-on experience with MTA — Understanding of warmup with figures in hand — Real remediation cases
