🎯 Email Deliverability Engineer / CRM Automation & Lifecycle Manager

Fast-growing AI consumer platform in the adult/NSFW tech space seeks one hybrid candidate for two roles, or two separate hires. Build systems for growth, retention, and deliverability.

Own end-to-end email performance: inbox placement, infrastructure, lifecycle automations, and retention flows. Manage technical setup, campaign logic, and optimization.

✔️Responsibilities:

• Build sending infrastructure, authentication, and domain reputation.
• Improve inbox placement and manage domain health.
• Design lifecycle flows, segmentation, and triggered CRM campaigns.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics for tracking and performance.

✔️Requirements:

• Experience in email deliverability or CRM/lifecycle marketing.
• Knowledge of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, segmentation, and automation.
• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, Braze, Customer.io, or similar.
• Technical, data-driven mindset; ability to collaborate with engineers.
