Seeking a Financial Controller & Treasury

Stellar Card is a B2B fintech startup and a leader in the infrastructure for advertising payments. We provide virtual cards for teams, enabling them to pay for advertising expenses from anywhere in the world, including with cryptocurrency. We are a trusted partner for Visa, Mastercard, Stripe, and Circle.

We are looking for a Specialist in Controlling and Treasury who doesn't just work with finances, but builds efficient financial processes and automates them.

▪️Important: for this vacancy, living outside the Russian Federation is mandatory.

▪️Your role will include: ▫️automating payment processes and reporting using n8n and other tools; ▫️controlling the company's cash flows: tracking fund movements, including all payouts, transfers, and money in transit; ▫️reconciling balances, commissions, and financial transactions; ▫️executing the full payment cycle: verifying requests, preparing payments, controlling execution, and adhering to the payment calendar; ▫️working in Airtable, Nocodb, Metabase, and other systems: controlling payment requests, ensuring correct statuses, automating accounting; ▫️monitoring liquidity levels; ▫️ensuring the correctness and completeness of financial data in accounting systems; ▫️monitoring client top-ups, commissions, and service charges; ▫️analyzing deviations and dynamics of financial indicators; ▫️controlling the closing of management accounting periods.

▪️We expect from you: ▫️at least 3 years of experience in finance; ▫️understanding of cash flow: payments, transfers, and account balances; ▫️understanding of P&L structure and cash flow movements; ▫️Intermediate English level or higher; ▫️high level of attention to detail with numbers and meticulousness; ▫️initiative in process improvement.

▪️It will be great if you have: ▫️experience with Airtable, Make, n8n, or similar tools; ▫️experience in building and automating treasury processes; ▫️financial modeling and cash flow forecasting skills.
