Seeking a specialist in controlling and treasury, who not only works with finances but also builds effective financial processes and automates them.

Company: B2B fintech startup Stellar Card Responsibilities: automation of payment processes and reporting using n8n and other tools; control of company cash flows: tracking fund movements, including all payouts, transfers, and funds in transit; reconciliation of balances, fees, and financial transactions; execution of the full payment cycle; work in Airtable, Nocodb, Metabase, and other systems; monitoring client top-ups, fees, and service charges; analysis of deviations and dynamics of financial indicators. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in finance; understanding of cash flow: payments, transfers, and account balances; understanding of P&L structure and cash flow movements; English level Intermediate and above. Will be a plus if you have: experience with Airtable, Make, n8n, or similar tools; experience in building and automating treasury processes; financial modeling and cash flow forecasting skills. Conditions: 5/2 work schedule with flexible hours, from 10 AM to 7 PM (GMT+3); fully remote work; paid vacation and sick leave. Important: for this vacancy, residency outside of the Russian Federation is mandatory.
