About the company: CryptoRoyal is an operating online service for the exchange of cryptocurrency and fiat funds. The company has been operating in the market for several years and is listed on BestChange, working with a large number of exchange directions.

The main focus is on fast and secure exchange, competitive rates, and stable processing of applications. The service is now continuing to develop and is strengthening its operational direction, so we are looking for someone who can take charge of the exchange processes.

About the vacancy: We are currently looking for an Exchange Service / P2P Manager. This is not just an operator or P2P trader position – we need a person who can be comprehensively responsible for the operational work of the direction.

▪️Responsibilities: ▫️control of liquidity and reserves; ▫️management of exchange directions and limits; ▫️market and competitor monitoring, operational rate adjustments; ▫️control of spread and profitability; ▫️management of the P2P trader team; ▫️control of the speed and quality of application processing; ▫️reconciliation of balances, turnovers, and financial reporting; ▫️identification of bottlenecks and improvement of operational processes.

▪️Requirements ▫️We are looking for a sufficiently independent person: it is important not just to perform existing processes, but to see the economics of the exchange service as a whole and understand where the efficiency and profitability of the direction can be increased.

▪️Conditions: ▫️Fully remote work ▫️Fixed part from $2500 net, the final payment level depends on the candidate's experience. ▫️Additionally, a bonus system is provided, tied to the results of the direction. ▫️The role has a high degree of independence and real influence on how the exchange service will develop.
