Trading Operations Lead / Risk Specialist required for a CEX platform

About Us: We are a technology-driven IT startup creating products at the intersection of AI, social, and digital entertainment. We are currently launching a new direction – a CEX crypto exchange.

We need a person responsible for the trading engine, margin model, and risk control on the crypto exchange.

▪️You are a good fit if you understand: ▫️How ADL works and when it triggers ▫️How a risk engine on a CEX is structured ▫️How liquidity for hot wallets is calculated ▫️How A-book / B-book logic works ▫️How CEX actually makes money ▫️How to combat fraud, bots, and abuse

▪️Key Competencies: ▫️Understanding of the order book: depth, spread, bids/asks ▫️Working with margin, collateral, PnL ▫️Configuring the risk engine and limits ▫️Monitoring liquidations and the margin system ▫️Working with liquidity providers and market behavior ▫️Anti-fraud, KYC limits, risk controls
