We work with BeReal., amo, Shotgun, and a bunch of other apps blowing up on TikTok.

But behind every winning creative, there's a creator who nailed it. And as we scale in the US, we need someone to own that entire relationship end-to-end.

This role is for you if:

• You've already managed creators, talent, or influencers at an operational level (agency, platform, or brand side)
• You understand TikTok and Reels from the inside: formats, trends, hooks, what actually makes a creator perform
• You know how to negotiate and say no, without ever breaking the relationship
• You take a loosely-defined problem and drive it forward on your own

What you'll do:

• Expand and manage our US creator pool from sourcing to onboarding.
• Assign the right creators to the right briefs.
• Review every video before it reaches the client.
• Decide who to scale up, who to coach, and who to let go.

If you want to build and lead that machine in the US, send me a message 🫶
