We’re looking for a hands-on Influencer Marketing Manager to build and own the affiliate program from the ground up.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on building from scratch, moves fast in an evolving environment, and has the commercial mindset to turn ambitious goals into measurable growth.
🎯 What You’ll Do
- Own the TikTok Shop affiliate channel and be accountable for its overall performance
- Define the strategy and build the processes needed to scale the program
- Stay hands-on during the initial stage, working directly with creators and learning what drives results
- Work closely with the agency and ensure strong execution against the channel goals
- Build and lead an internal team as the program grows
- Develop strong relationships with top-performing affiliates
- Track performance, identify growth opportunities, and scale what works
💡 What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in TikTok Shop affiliates, influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or social commerce
- Strong creator outreach and relationship-building skills
- Commercial confidence and negotiation ability
- Analytical mindset and focus on performance
- High level of ownership, independence, and accountability
- Fluent English
